Guest Speaker: Dr. Jesse Blackadder ‘Antarctic guide guides, Scottish queens, Arabian sheiks and the radical faeries – the places, people and plots that have inspired a writing life’.

Judith Beveridge is a winner of literary awards in the USA and Australia.

Workshop: Sue Castrique, Writing the Screen Documentary.

Member Talk: Joanna Hempel, ‘Feet of Wax’. Her novel depicts the Russian Empire in meltdown in 1914-18.

Guest Speaker: Libby Hathorn, ‘Eventual Poppy Day’. Her work has won honours in Australia, United States, Great Britain and Holland.

Presentation of the Winners of the SWW 90th Anniversary National Writing Competition.
