The Grieve Project 2016

Closes 26th June 2016.

The Grieve Project is a national prose and poetry competition on the subject of grief. We invite people to submit essays or stories up to 500 words and poems up to 36 lines.

The competition opened 15 February and closes on 26th June.

First prize $1500,
Second prize $1000.
Over $1500 in additional prizes.

More than 100 winning pieces will be published in the 2016 Grieve Anthology. An awards ceremony and live reading will be held in Newcastle in August 2016, National Grief Awareness Month.
