The Ukrainian Studies Foundation in Australia and the Ukrainian Association of Sydney invite you to a Literary Launch to celebrate the publication of:
- Shards of Life by Helen Boris, and
- An English-language translation of Volodymyr Yavorivsky’s The Chornobyl Madonna by Yuri Tkacz.
The books will be launched by Dr Mykola Kulinich, Ambassador of Ukraine.
Venue: Ukrainian Community Hall (Narodnyj Dim) at
59-63 Joseph Street, Lidcombe.
Cost: Free

Helen Boris is a past member of Parramatta FAW who comments that she was inspired to write her poems, as a member of the branch, because everyone gave her so much encouragement.
