Note from the Hon. Secretary
Given the current situation regarding the COVID 19 pandemic, with consequent bans on group gatherings and closure of the Sydney venue, the scheduled Annual General Meeting set down for May 2, 2020 has been postponed until the first Saturday in November:
Saturday November 7, 2020
The proposed venue is Campbelltown Library – to be confirmed.
This is subject to COVID 19 restrictions hopefully being lifted by then.
At the AGM, all committee positions will be declared vacant, and a new committee elected for 2020/21.
Postponement of AGMs for 6 months is sanctioned by the Department of Fair Trading.
All FAW branches will be advised of this decision.
